Description The MeoStar S1-75 APO Straight was engineered as a high-end spotting scope for demanding observation use, including nature viewing, birdwatching, hunting, and long-range target observation. Its APO (apochromatic) optical design with fluorite glass minimizes chromatic aberration and delivers high contrast, excellent edge sharpness, and accurate color reproduction. The straight-view body design makes subject acquisition quicker and easier, especially for beginners and long-distance target spotting. Meopta designed the scope with fully multi-coated optics, waterproof and fogproof nitrogen-filled construction, and tripod compatibility for dependable performance in harsh outdoor environments. The body was typically paired with interchangeable 20–60x or 30x wide-angle eyepieces.
